Tom Hoblyn
Tom Hoblyn is a British landscape and garden designer who has been designing award-winning gardens since 2005. He has won five medals, including Gold, at the renowned Chelsea Flower Show as well as the coveted RHS People’s Choice Award for The Arthritis Research UK Garden 2012. Tom trained at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and set up his company (Thomas Hoblyn Landscape & Garden Design ) Ltd in 2002. His commissions are geographically diverse and varied. He is currently returning the gardens of the former Hunting Lodge of Edward and Mrs Simpson to its past glory and has just been appointed to create a new landmark garden attraction and sculpture park at Hillersdon House - one of Devon’s most prestigious country houses. Tom is an active teacher and commentator. He has contributed to Radio 4’s Gardeners’ Question Time and written features for Gardens Illustrated, The English Garden and Country Living magazines.
